My Daily Breakfast Staple That Will Power You Through Your Morning With Ease

If you're a breakfast person, you're going to love this. If you're not, you're going to love this. You can adjust the ingredients to make it heavier or lighter to your preferences...

(Select all organic ingredients when possible)

1/2 cup of Ripple (pea protein) milk or nut milk of choice or plain water
1/2 cup of cold brew coffee or 1 shot of cold brew concentrate
1 tablespoon of chia seeds, hemp seeds, or flax seeds (rotate)
1 serving of favorite protein powder, I recommend Bone Broth Protein
1/2 banana
1/4 cup of blueberries (or any berries)
1 teaspoon real, raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon Maca powder

Optional:
1/4 cup frozen or fresh spinach 
Any other superfood you love (such as ashwagandha powder or goji berries)
1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil (experiment with what works for you)

Blend and serve as a meal, not a snack. For optimum digestive benefits, do not make this with ice or very cold ingredients. Especially in the morning, our tummies want warm and easy to digest foods, and cold foods or beverages can really throw everything off. I make this with room temperature ingredients and it tastes great!
